Purpose of processing
The personal data of users are processed lawfully by the co-owners of the processing pursuant to Art. 6 of the Regulation for the following purposes:
- Navigational data : is the technical information that is automatically acquired by the computer system during the consultation through communication protocols, this information will be used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the portal and to control its operation and is not associated with identifiable users, but could allow the indirect identification of the user through the association with data held by third parties.
- Response to contact requests by visitors to the websites and for the possible use of online services (personal data of the user required for registration, computer authentication, filling out forms to request information)
Modalities of processing and retention period of the data
The provider processes the user data in a proper manner and takes appropriate security measures to avoid unauthorized access and the unauthorized forwarding, modification or destruction of data.
The data are processed by means of computers or IT-based systems according to organizational procedures and procedures that are specifically geared towards the stated purposes. In addition to the person responsible, other internal (personnel management, sales, marketing, legal department, system administrators) or external persons - in that case, if necessary, they are named by the person responsible as processors (such as providers of technical services, delivery companies, hosting providers, IT companies or Communication agencies) - could also operate this website and thus have access to the data. A current list of these participants can be requested from the provider at any time.
The data subjects have the right to obtain access to personal data from IM ZEITLAUF, to demand their correction, deletion or the restriction of their processing or to oppose to their processing at all (art. 15 f. Del Regolamento).
Duration of processing: data processing is regulated by law. (GDPR 679/2016, Art. 28). The data are processed and stored as long as they serve the purposes for which they were collected.
Rights of data subjects
The data subject can assert the rights specified in Articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20 and 21 of EU Regulation 2016/679 and in particular has the right to obtain confirmation from the owner of the existence or non-existence of his personal data, their updating, correction or, if interested, addition, deletion, conversion into anonymous form or the complete or partial blocking of the unlawfully processed data, to maintain the portability of the personal data provided.
