If you cancel your reservation up to 21 days prior to arrival, you will not be charged with a fee. Cancellations on short notice however will be charged with a fee of 50% of the entire amount. As a premiere holiday destination, both Kaltern / Caldaro and South Tyrol as a whole attach great importance to the concept of sustainability. With the new Guest Pass now introduced throughout South Tyrol, our guests can make use of all public transportation systems in the südtirolmobil combined system - including the Mendel Cableway in Kaltern. This Guest Pass is a guest card which is already included in the regular room price of participating lodging establishments. Your name and the duration of your stay are printed on the South Tyrol Guest Pass. The services to which you are entitled can be claimed for the duration of your vacation stay. The South Tyrol Guest Pass must be validated when beginning each individual trip; this is done using the automatic validation devices located in the buses or at the train stations. This validation process (check-in) is an easy process.
